If you already know what hotel you want booked and when you plan to stay, we will confirm the hotel on your behalf on a complimentary basis. In doing so, we add amenities to your stay at no additional cost to you. These may include spa or food & beverage credits, complimentary breakfast, first access to room upgrades, and more.

• Introduction to the Hotel’s Concierge and Client coordinates all arrangements directly with onsite team.

Itinerary Design

Starting from $450.00

We design all components of your itinerary, including but not limited to accommodations (hotels, villas, apartments, boat charters), experiences, guides, VIP access, and logistics ensuring a seamless travel experience.

• Design of up to 2 weeks of travel for up to 4 travelers; Additional fees apply for longer trips and more travelers.

• Three itinerary revisions.

• VIP Status at each hotel in your itinerary and Preferred Partner Amenities added to your stay.

• Travel Insurance consultation and purchase.

• Introduction to the Concierge; Client coordinates arrangements directly with onsite team.

• Final itinerary with helpful travel info, including tipping guide, local contact info & more.

COMMERCIAL AIRFARE

Starting from $50.00 per ticket

Our Air Desk are pros at researching and booking the best airfare for your itinerary. You also have access to their assistance in case of issues with air before and during travel so you don’t have to wait on hold for hours with the airlines when you should be packing for or enjoying your trip.

• Domestic Ticket: $50.00 per ticket

• International ticket: $75.00 per ticket

• Voluntary Refunds/exchanges: $75.00 per ticket

• After-hours Services Surcharges apply.

• Booking airfare must be in conjunction with Hotels or Itinerary Design.

Do you provide breakdown pricing for comprehensive trips?

Sea to City Travels provides one complete trip price. Hotels may be priced individually but will depend on our relationships and logistics involved in the destination. Per our confidential supplier contracts, we are not permitted to provide pricing for each individual component of your trip. If you wish to remove any component(s) of your trip, Sea to City Travels is happy to update your trip proposal and price accordingly.

I already have hotels booked. Can you help plan experiences and logistics?

In order to provide a seamless travel experience, we require hotels to be booked within your Sea to City Travels itinerary. However, there are some cases where we understand extenuating circumstances; perhaps you are attending a wedding in Italy and are booking into their wedding block for 3 days but want to continue traveling. Let us know if situations like this arise so we can discuss from the beginning of your trip planning process.

Can I use points when booking through you?

When booking airfare, yes! Just let us know and we'll explain the process. However, we cannot book hotels using your points.

Do you make dinner and spa reservations?

We do not provide concierge services because the concierge teams at your hotels are pros! We are more than happy to introduce you to the Hotel Concierge, who is available to assist you for all these needs before and during your trip.

What if i need to cancel my trip?

Cancellation costs vary depending on which suppliers are involved in your trip and when you cancel. Cancellation policies will be communicated on your proposal.

Do you recommend travel insurance?

Travel insurance is highly recommended. A quote will be provided for you once final trip price is determined. We are not sellers of insurance. Instead, we partner with insurance providers out of convenience for our clients. Travel insurance provides coverage for cancellation for specifically defined reasons, as well as coverage for medical expenses, travel delays, baggage loss, etc.
