Interested in designing a trip with us? Please fill out our New Trip Inquiry Form. We’ll be in touch to schedule a complimentary Consultation Call if we are a good fit. On this call, we dive deeper into your trip request, taking the time to get to know each other so that your trip is personalized to you and your travel party. After our Consultation, we collect our Consulting Fee so you can secure our services.

Design + personalize
Based on your New Trip Request Form and our Consultion Call, we collaborate with our global suppliers to design your initial proposal. You will receive a detailed proposal that includes all your trip components, allowing you to envision your itinerary from start to finish. This is your trip so we look forward to receiving any feedback required in order to offer personalized adjustments.

confirmations + deposit
Once your itinerary is perfected, we will confirm all your trip arrangements with our suppliers. Deposits will be paid as required per your trip’s Terms and Conditions included on your proposal. This is when we also discuss and coordinate travel insurance!
03.
detail + travel tips
Now that your trip is confirmed, we ensure you are prepared! Your Final Itinerary will include all details, including local contact info, tipping guides, helpful travel tips and more. You will also be VIPed at your hotels prior to your arrival.
04.
embark + enjoy
With itinerary and passport in hand, you are ready for your trip! If you need any assistance while you are traveling, our partners on the ground are ready to assist you but, of course, we’re here for additional support as well. We can’t wait to hear all about it upon your safe return home and to design your next trip with you!
