• Search for a specific hotel, brand or destination for your dates of travel.
• View location of hotels on a map to ensure you like the location.
• Review amenities at and photos of your hotel of choice.
• Compare room types and available rates. Our rates will display as
"Virtuoso" or "Cadence Preferred" for any preferred partner program,
such as "Bellini Club" for all Belmond hotels.
• Each rate will have applicable amenities and terms & conditions for
your review.

is use of the booking portal complimentary?
Yes, the tool is 100% complimentary to use and book hotels on your own.
If you book your hotel on the Booking Portal but then want assistance building out your itinerary, an Itinerary Design Consulting Fee would then apply.
What if i need to cancel my hotel stay?

Once confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you need to cancel your stay, please click "View Trip" at the bottom of your confirmation email. It will open your internet brower to your booking details. There is an option to cancel on that page.

CAN I USE THE BOOKING PORTAL IF I HAVE NEVER BOOKED WITH YOU BEFORE?
IF I See VIRTUOSO ANd cadence preferred partner rates for the same hotel, WHICH SHOULD I BOOK?
Yes you can! And we are thrilled that this booking method is a good fit for you.
Always book the Cadence Preferred Program first. Each hotel prioritizes their own Partner Program first. Virtuoso is the next best (and fabulous!) option if the hotel does not have a Preferred Program.
